i have to confess that I am not sure what this used for! i says it's a smoke-free option, so i sprayed it in my mouth thinking it was edible. wow. BAD taste!!! I really think it wasn't meant to be ingested! ooops!
So now i spray it on my knees when I've overdone it with my workouts. The mint and CBD seems to help with the pain. LOL. But seems rather expensive for the number of sprays you get when used as a topical spray.
